It’s called that because I seem to invent 1000 reasons NOT to make art, while I also keep on saying I WANT to make art. This blog started exploring the reasons I keep myself from doing that, the excuses I invent. And quickly it turned into collecting quotes about the creative process and art, from which I gather that other people/ artists are often doing the same thing, or which inspire me to overcome my anxiety (because basically I think that’s what it is) and make me, you’re right, actually MAKING ART.
Your question about art links on tumblr is better answered here; not really my thing to answer, I don’t really care about actual techniques etc, you can learn that anywhere. I am much more interested in WHAT you should/ could make and WHY.
